Payments

We offer the following payment methods.

Simply choose the optimal payment method.

We do not charge any additional fees for any payment method.

Payment options: SOFORT transfer, PayPal, credit card.

• SOFORT Überweisung
  You pay as usual using your online banking data with your PIN and TAN.
• PayPal
  You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. In principle, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us (exception, if applicable, guest access). You’ll get more information during the ordering process.
• Credit card
  You pay the invoice amount with your Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. The data is transmitted in encrypted form and your credit card details are not saved on our server. The processing takes place through our partner stripe.

Shipping

We send our goods with the Austrian Post and to their packing stations.

The goods will be sent immediately after receipt of payment.

If the purchase is made with PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, credit card by 3 p.m., the goods will be dispatched on the same day.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.

We currently deliver to private customers in the following countries: Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Germany: Shipping costs: € 10.90 / delivery time: 3-5 working days

Italy: Shipping costs: € 12.90 / delivery time: 4-6 working days

Luxembourg: Shipping costs: € 12.90 / delivery time: 4-6 working days

Monaco: Shipping costs: € 12.90 / delivery time: 4-6 working days

Switzerland: Shipping costs: € 12.90 / delivery time: 4-6 working days

Czech Republic: Shipping costs: € 12.90 / Delivery time: 3-5 working days
